An easy weeknight dinner so good, you won’t believe they're made in an air fryer.
what you need:
garlic powder chili powder light brown sugar kosher salt ground black pepper paprika bone-in pork chops bbq sauce
Add seasonings & brown sugar to a bowl. Mix until combined. Season the pork on both sides. Let them sit for at least 20 minutes or longer for tender and juicy chops.
Preheat air fryer to 400ºF. Drizzle olive oil over the air fryer basket. Place pork chops and drizzle the remaining olive oil over the pork chops.
Cook the pork chops for 5 minutes and flip. If you are using bbq sauce, spread 1 tablespoon of bbq sauce over the top of each pork chop and cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and make sure internal temperature is to your liking. Enjoy with your favorite sides!
