Prep Salmon

Use paper towel to remove excess moisture from your salmon fillets. Then, generously season them with salt and pepper.

Pan Sear

Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and pan sear the salmon skin-side up for 4 minutes.

Flip & Let Rest

Flip salmon over and sear for  3-4 more minutes. Transfer the salmon onto a plate, squeeze on lemon juice and let rest for 5 minutes.

Serve

Serve salmon with fresh lemon wedges and freshly chopped dill. Enjoy this healthy meal!
