This easy one pot chicken dinner is packed with flavor! It's the perfect week night dinner.

what you need:

dijon mustard honey smoked paprika dried dill white onion minced garlic minced broccolini chicken thighs Israeli couscous dried lemon sliced chicken broth dry white wine

Stir

Combine dijon mustard, honey, smoked paprika, dried dill, white onion, garlic and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a bowl and stir.

Marinade

Add chicken thighs and toss to combine. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Sauté

Sauté the marinated chicken in a well oiled skillet, adding the lemon slices and butter on top of the chicken.

Combine

Remove the chicken from the skillet, and add in the orzo or couscous, broth, and broccolini.

Simmer

Simmer the skillet until the grains are cooked through and there is no liquid left in the skillet. Lastly, top with cheese and serve!
