Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Breast

Chicken breast Garlic powder Brown sugar Italian seasoning Paprika Salt and pepper Regular-cut bacon

There are 3 parts to this recipe, chicken breast, chicken seasoning, and bacon.

Season Chicken

Combine chicken seasoning in a small bowl. Then, sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of seasoning onto each chicken breast, making sure to coat both sides.

Wrap with Bacon

Wrap each chicken breast with 2 to 3 pieces of medium-cut bacon. Start at one end and work towards the other. Do NOT use thick-cut bacon, it will not cook through,

Transfer

Transfer bacon-wrapped chicken to  a tin-foil lined baking sheet that has a wire baking rack on it. This will allow the excess bacon grease to drip off the chicken.

Bake

Bake chicken at 400ºF for around 25 minutes. Then, turn the heat up and cook for 5-10 more minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is 165ºF.
