what you need:

Pork Turkey Maple Syrup Dried thyme Dried sage Garlic powder Fennel seeds Red pepper flakes Smoked paprika Ground cinnamon Salt Pepper

Season

First, add your turkey, pork, seasonings and maple syrup to a bowl.

Combine

Mix your ingredients together until they are just combined. Do not over mix the ingredients or you'll end up with a chewier texture.

Form

Next, form your sausage patties on a baking sheet. Carefully create a patty with the meat into a very thin patty that is about the thickness of a penny.

Enjoy

Then, fry the patties on a skillet on medium heat until cooked through (about 2-3 minutes). Enjoy immediately or freeze after the patties are cooled.
