This one-pan Mexican ground beef skillet is packed with protein, veggies, and taco flavors!

what you need:

Ground beef Bell pepper Onion Taco seasoning Tomato sauce Green chiles Black beans Minute rice

Cook Veggies

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a nonstick skillet. Then, cook peppers and onions for 3-5 minutes.

Cook Beef

Move veggies aside, and then add ground beef. Cook ground beef for about 7-9 minutes or until fully cooked.

Season

Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, green chiles, black beans, minute rice, and broth. Mix to combine.

Simmer

Bring Mexican beef skillet to a boil. Then, cover and let simmer on low for about 20 minutes. add cheese and cook until melted. Serve with chips and enjoy!
