Stir
Line a metal muffin pan with paper liners. Add the quick-cooking oats, honey, peanut butter, and mini chocolate chips to a bowl and stir until combined.

Press
Press oat mixture into bottom of each muffin well. Heat chocolate & coconut oil and add to top of oats. Place muffin tin in freezer for 5 min. Make peanut butter layer.

Freeze
Top chocolate with peanut butter layer. Then, add mini m&ms and mini chocolate chips to the top of each cup. Place into freezer until set.

Serve
When the oat cups have set remove them from the muffin pan and transfer them into a freezer bag and store the oat cups in the freezer.
