This oatmeal bake is the perfect way to start off your day! It's healthy & delicious.

what you need:

eggs honey & applesauce unsweetened almond milk melted coconut oil rolled oats white whole wheat flour  baking powder spices flaxseed meal shredded carrots golden raisins unsweetened coconut

Dry Ingredients

First, add all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined.

Wet Ingredients

Then, mix together all wet ingredients into a bowl, leaving out the coconut oil. Next, combine the wet and dry ingredients together.

Bake

Next, transfer the batter into the baking dish and bake at 350ºF for about 30 minutes or until the top begins to brown.

Lastly, serve! We top our baked oatmeal with additional coconut or raisins and a drizzle of almond butter. Enjoy!
