Moroccan Chicken Thighs

This one-pot Moroccan chicken is made with tons of veggies in a Dutch oven.

What you need:

Chicken thighs Moroccan seasoning Sweet potatoes Russet potatoes Chicken broth Raisins Green olives

Season Chicken

Sprinkle on the Moroccan chicken seasoning on both sides of the chicken thighs.

Sear Chicken

Sear the chicken thighs in olive oil for 1-2 minutes on each side to brown.

Mix Veggies

Add the diced potatoes and veggies and cook for 5 minutes. Then, add raisins, green olives, and broth.

Bake

Bake your One-Pot Moroccan Chicken at 375ºF for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is 165ºF internally,
