Why you'll love it:
These bars are crunchy, sweet, salty, and ridiculously easy to make.
what you need:
rice Chex drippy peanut butter brown rice syrup honey chopped peanuts mini chocolate chips kosher salt
Line a 9×13-dish with parchment. Set aside. Add Chex to a food processor. Pulse into small pieces. Next, add peanut butter, syrup, and honey to a large bowl and mix.
Pour the Chex pieces, peanuts, and chocolate chips into the peanut butter mixture and mix until all of the ingredients are coated in the peanut butter mixture.
Pour into the lined dish and use your hands or a spatula to spread the mixture evenly in the pan. Be sure to really press the mixture down, so everything sticks together.
Place dish into freezer for 1-2 hours to set. Remove after the bars have set, and gently lift them from the dish with the parchment paper. Cut bars into desired shape & enjoy!
