Prepare
Prepare muffin pan. Add oats, honey, peanut butter, and peanuts to a bowl. Stir until combined. Scoop into muffin tin & press down. Prepare chocolate.

Add
Add melted chocolate to oat layer and swirl tin to cover oats. Place the muffin pan in the freezer for 5 min. Finally, make the peanut butter layer.

Stir
Prepare peanut butter & coconut oil. Stir well and add to chocolate layer. Then, add mini chocolate chips to the top of each cup.

Store
Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes to an hour to set. When set remove them from the muffin pan and transfer them into a freezer bag and store in freezer.
