Mexican Casserole

WHAT YOU NEED

This delicious Mexican casserole is made with ground beef, peppers, onions, beans, rice, green chiles, and Mexican spices.

PREP SEASONING

Whisk eggs in one bowl and combine parmesan cheese, spices, and bread crumbs in another bowl.

1. COOK BEEF

First, brown ground beef until it's fully cooked. Then add it to the casserole dish along with the peppers, onions, and rice.

2. ADD INGREDIENTS

Add the rest of the ingredients to the casserole dish: broth, tomato sauce, green chiles, beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Mix to combine.

COOK, SAUCE, COOK

Air fry for 6 minutes. Flip chicken, add marinara and cheese and air fry for 5 more minutes.

3. COOK

Cover casserole dish with a piece of tin foil. Then, bake it at 375ºF for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, add cheese, and bake again to melt cheese.
