This one pan dish is perfect for when you're in a pinch. We like to call this "dump pasta" because of how easy it is.

what you need:

Dried pasta Roasted red peppers Mushrooms Chicken broth Tomato paste Minced garlic Salt & pepper Dried thyme Dried oregano Garlic powder Heavy cream

Add Ingredients

Begin by adding your pasta, mushrooms and roasted red peppers into a casserole dish.

Sauce

Add the chicken broth, tomato paste, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and garlic powder to a bowl and whisk together.

Combine

Pour the liquid over the pasta and veggies and mix to combine.

Bake

Your pasta is ready to bake! Bake in the oven at 400ºF for 30 minutes or until the pasta is cooked to your liking.

Add Cream

Add the heavy cream over the top of the pasta and stir until the cream and the pasta are combined.

Serve

Serve as is or top with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
