Baked Chicken Thighs

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN SKIN CRISPY

Make sure to bake them on a metal rack so that the fat drips off of them and the skin can crisp up.

STEP 1

First, trim any excess skin or fat off of your chicken thighs and remove moisure with a paper towel.

STEP 2

Season chicken thighs using salt, pepper, and garlic powder. This will help give them a crust.

STEP 3

Place chicken thighs on top of a metal baking rack, drizzle with olive oil and honey, and bake at 400ºF for 30-35 minutes. 

STEP 4

Let chicken thighs rest for at least 5-10 minutes.
