eggs unsalted butter
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium/low heat (8-inch or 10–inch work best). Add butter.
When the butter has melted, crack the eggs into the pan. Cook for 2 minutes or until the egg white begins to set, but isn’t completely cooked.
Use a spatula to flip the eggs and let them cook for an additional 30 seconds to allow the white to cook but not the yolk.
Remove the eggs from the pan and repeat with the remaining eggs. Enjoy with salt and pepper.
