Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium/low heat (8-inch or 10–inch work best). Add butter.

Crack
When the butter has melted, crack the eggs into the pan. Cook the eggs for 3 minutes or until the egg white begins to set, but isn’t completely cooked.

Flip Eggs
Use a spatula to flip the eggs and let them cook for an additional 3 minutes to allow the white and yolk to fully cook. The yolk should be fully cooked.

Serve
Remove the eggs from the pan and repeat with the remaining eggs. Enjoy with salt and pepper.
