what you need:

chicken breast kosher salt  ground black pepper  eggs cornflakes all-purpose flour garlic powder paprika avocado oil or olive oil flakey salt

Prepare

Place chicken breast cutting board. Cover with parchment paper. Use a meat tenderizer and pound the chicken. Season with salt & pepper. Crack eggs into large bowl.

Dredge

Add cornflakes, flour, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and kosher salt. Mix. Dredge through the egg wash. Next, dredge through the corn flake mixture. Flip, press, & repeat.

Cook

Heat oil in a pan & add chicken. Cook each chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown or the internal temperature of the chicken is 165ºF.

Cool

Remove the chicken from the pan and immediately season the chicken with the flakey salt. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes and serve immediately.
