First, use a meat tenderizer to pound chicken so that they are the same thickness throughout.

STEP 1: POUND CHICKEN

Next, season chicken breast with a homemade chicken seasoning made with garlic, chili, cumin, thyme, and salt.

STEP 2: SEASON CHICKEN

Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes in butter and then flip over and cover. Let cook over medium heat for around 6 minutes or until 165ºF internally.
