Why you should brine your pork chops:

Whisk Salt and Water

Add water and salt to a large bowl. Whisk the salt until it dissolves.

Add other flavors such as orange peel, peppercorns, bay leaf, and apple juice. Mix again.

Transfer your pork chops into a gallon-size bag and then pour in the pork chop brine. Squish everything around and seal.
