Oats Pumpkin puree Chocolate Chips Coconut Oil Vanilla extract Maple syrup Almond milk White whole wheat flour Baking powder Salt
Dry Ingredients

Start by adding oats, flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl and mix until combined.
Wet Ingredients

Then, mix the eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup into a bowl until combined.
Combine
Next, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly, adding the coconut oil last. Once combined, add chocolate chips.

Bake
Scoop the oatmeal batter into a well oiled muffin tin and bake for 16 minutes at 350ºF.
