Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cups

Peanut butter, pumpkin and chocolate are the perfect pairing and these are no exception.

what you need:

Chocolate chips Coconut oil All-natural peanut butter Pumpkin puree Maple syrup

Melt Chocolate


Place dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second increments until the chocolate is melted.

Pumpkin Peanut Butter


Melt 1/3 cup of peanut butter (microwave for 25 seconds), then mix in the pumpkin puree and maple syrup. Set aside.



In a mini muffin tin, lined with mini muffin liners, pour 1 tsp of the chocolate mixture in the bottom and freeze. Then, top with the pumpkin mixture.

Top & Freeze

Top the pumpkin peanut butter mixture with an additional tsp of the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle sea salt on top and freeze.
