These black bean burgers are both vegan and gluten-free. Here's what you need:

Process

Process garlic, black beans, sunflower seeds, oats, and spices in a food processor. Mix until a paste has formed.

Mix

Transfer mixture to a bowl and add quinoa, bell pepper, and onion. Mix to combine.

Make Patties

Use a 1/3 cup scoop to form patties. Place black bean burger patties onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes, flipping half way.

Burger Sauce

Mix together Greek yogurt, chili powder, and lime juice to create the most delicious burger sauce.

Assemble

Assemble black bean burgers by placing  a patty on your favorite bun. Top with burger sauce, lettuce, avocado, and sliced tomatoes.
