Chicken Pasta


With balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese.

This chicken pasta is made with asparagus, mushroom, onion, a delicious herb bundle, and roasted chicken thighs.

Amazing Flavors

Season your bone-in chicken thighs with a good amount of salt and pepper. That's really all you need for spices, but feel free to use garlic powder too.

Easy Roasted Thighs

Sear your chicken thighs in olive oil in a Dutch oven for a few minutes on each side to turn them golden brown. This will make them nice and crispy.

Make Them Crispy!

Every pasta dish should start with a base of flavors. In this recipe we're using onion, garlic, red wine, balsamic vinegar, and chicken broth.

The Base

Toss sliced mushrooms and asparagus in the wonderful sauce you created and then place the seared chicken thighs on top. Now, time to roast!

Toss Veggies

Roast your chicken and veggies in the oven at 400ºF for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.


Toss the roasted chicken, veggies, and sauce with a fettuccini noodle and serve it with shaved parmesan cheese.
