what you need:

Boneless pork shoulder Butter Garlic powder Brown sugar Kosher salt Pepper Smoked paprika

This pork shoulder recipe is made with a yummy dry rub. First it's seared in butter, then cooked low and slow.

Season Pork

First, combine all the spices for the pork dry rub. Then, rub all parts of the boneless pork shoulder roast.

Sear Pork

Heat butter in a large cast iron skillet. Sear all sides of the pork shoulder roast for 2-3 minutes, or until brown.

Roast Low & Slow

Line a baking sheet with tin tin foil and place a wire rack on top. Roast pork at 250ºF for 7-8 hours or until the pork reaches 200ºF internally.

Use 2 forks to shred the pork shoulder into large chunks. You'll get a crunchy edges and tender meat in every single bite. Enjoy!
