Salmon Sushi Burrito

sticky rice English cucumber kosher salt carrots green onions sesame oil rice vinegar soy sauce honey white sesame seeds spicy mayo

Prepare

Prepare the sticky rice according to recipe. Fluff the rice and then transfer it to a separate large bowl.* Place the rice in the fridge to cool for later.

Chop

Chop cucumbers & carrots, and slice green onions. Toss all 3 together. Prepare dressing & pour over veggies. Add sesame seeds & salt. Toss and refrigerate.

Assemble

Make the spicy mayo and assemble the burritos according to the directions in the recipe. Repeat until all of the burritos have been made.

Serve

The longer the burritos sit, the more tender the nori will become, making it easier and more enjoyable to eat. Let the burritos sit for at least 10 minutes before eating.
