The beauty of making homemade salsa verde is that you only need 6 ingredients and a blender!
Place tomatillos, jalapeños, garlic, and onion in a medium pot. Fill it with just enough water to cover the veggies and bring to a boil. Then let simmer for 10 minutes.
Strain away half of the water and then transfer everything into a high-speed blender or food processor and add fresh cilantro. Blend until almost smooth.
