Juice Limes

First, slice your limes in half. Then use a handheld or electric juicer to juice the limes. Per margarita you will need 2-oz. fresh lime juice.

Simple Syrup

Bring water and sweetener (agave or honey) to a simmer over medium heat and mix until the sweetener dissolves.

Combine

Combine ice, lime juice, tequila and the simple syrup in a large pitcher. Add sliced limes for garnish. Use a spoon to mix until combined.

Serve

Serve your skinny margarita recipe in a glass with a salted rim. Serve with fresh lime wedges and ice.
