what you need:
chicken breasts chicken broth crushed tomatoes black beans pinto beans sweet corn garlic & onion seasonings spicy tortilla strips toppings
Add beans, corn, chiles, peppers, seasonings, hot sauce and broth to slow cooker. Stir. Add chicken breasts. Cover & cook for 3-3.5 hours on high
Preheat oven to 400ºF & prepare baking sheet. Cut tortilla strips. Drizzle with oil & seasonings. Bake for 5 min. Toss & bake 5-10 more min.
Remove the chicken breast. Set aside 2 cups of broth in a bowl to cool. Shred the chicken. Transfer back into the slow cooker. Add Greek yogurt to cooled broth.
Pour the creamy broth into the slow cooker and stir. Pour in lime juice, stir and serve with fresh cilantro and the tortilla strips.
