Tis' the season for gingerbread cookies! These Christmas cookies are soft, chewy, & fun to decorate.

STEP 1

Cream butter and sugar In a stand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Slowly add the rest of the wet ingredients and then the dry ingredients to the mixer.

STEP 2

Wrap gingerbread cookie dough in plastic and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

STEP 3

Roll out dough, cut out shapes, and freeze for 10 minutes before baking.

STEP 4

Decorate with Frosting & Enjoy!
