what you need:
chicken breasts sriracha lemon honey garlic powder egg olive oil greek yogurt mixed greens blue cheese crumbles avocado
Dice
Dice chicken. Make sriracha sauce, oat flour mix and egg wash in separate bowls. Heat olive oil in a skillet & prep chicken.

Sauté
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg wash & then into oat flour to coat on all sides. Sauté until cooked & then add sriracha sauce and toss.

Blend
Place dressing ingredients into a high-speed blender and process until smooth.

Serve
Assemble by placing mixed greens into bowls. Then, divide out blue cheese crumbles, sliced radishes, diced onion, & chicken.
