Steak Fajitas

Eat the rainbow with these steak and veggie fajitas! This is the perfect weeknight dinner.

what you need:

flank steak coarse salt fajita seasoning  green bell pepper red bell pepper yellow bell pepper red onion garlic avocado oil flour tortillas chopped cilantro table crema

Tenderize

First, tenderize your flank steak, pounding until it's thin and even. Then, season with coarse salt. Cut into thin strip slices.

Chop

Next, chop peppers into thin slices. Then, chop the red onion and garlic into thin slices.

Sauté

Next, add your steak strips to a well oiled pan. Cook until there is a bit of pink on the steak. Remove from pan. Then, sauté your onion, bell pepper and garlic.

Serve

Add the steak back into the pan and cook until desired doneness. Lastly, add the steak and veggie fajitas to tortillas and garnish! Enjoy.
