Onion & Garlic
First, add your oil to a pan and heat until fragrant. Then, add the onion and garlic until the onions are translucent. Next, add the chicken to the pan.

Rice
Once chicken is cooked, push to one side of the pan and add the rice to the empty side of the pan. Toast the rice for 3 minutes. Then, add the broth.

Broth
Add salt, and remaining 1 Tbsp of chicken seasoning to the skillet and mix. After the chicken and rice are cooked through, add in the broccoli.

Broccoli
Cover the mixture and cook until the broccoli is cooked through. Lastly, add the cheese and cook until the cheese is melted.
