Stuffed Pork Chops

what you need:

boneless pork chops Bella mushrooms  white mushrooms  onion & garlic salt & pepper olive oil fresh thyme cream cheese eggs ritz cracker crumbs  pork rub

Pound

Pound pork chops down to 1/2 in. thickness & season with salt and pepper. Then saute mushrooms for 10-15 min. until moisture is cooked off.

Spread

Preheat oven & then add onion, garlic & thyme to mushrooms. Remove from heat & add cream cheese. Spread onto each chop & tightly roll up.

Dredge

Dredge each chop into egg & then ritz cracker crumbs, twice. Place into prepared pan and repeat with remaining pork chops.

Serve

Place into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF. Let rest for 10 min. before serving.
