Sunny Side Up Eggs

Here is a quick and easy way to cook sunny side up eggs & end up with a runny yolk every time.

what you need:

unsalted butter egg pinch of salt pinch of pepper

Heat

Heat an 8-inch skillet over medium/low heat. Add butter. When the butter is melted, but not sizzling or too hot, crack the egg into the skillet.

Cook

Let the egg cook for 3-4 minutes. If the butter starts to sizzle, turn the heat down.

Finish

The egg is done when the white is cooked. The white is undercooked if the membrane is still runny & overcooked if it's bubbly or brown.

Serve

Remove the egg from the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Serve with your favorite breakfast items!
