Two family favorite recipes - mac and cheese and chili. We combined them to make for the best dinner of all time.

what you need:

Macaroni noodles Cheddar & gouda cheese Flour Beef Beef stock Onion & garlic Pinto & kidney beans Tomato paste Tomato sauce Diced tomatoes Mustard & chili seasoning

Pasta & Roux

First, make the mac and cheese. Start by boiling your pasta and making a roux.

Add Cheese

Add cheddar & gouda cheese to the roux mixture. Then, add salt, pepper, mustard & hot sauce to the cheese sauce. Lastly, add noodles.

Chili

Next, create your chili by sautéing beef, onion & garlic. Then, add in beans and tomato products.

Chili Spices

Add in the beef stock & chili spices. Then, stir and simmer.

Combine

Combine mac and cheese and chili together. Bake for 15 minutes. Then, top with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.

Serve

Top with fresh parsley, and serve with a dollop of sour cream and enjoy!
