These super moist and juicy homemade burgers truly are the best!

what you need:

ground beef garlic powder onion powder salt smoked paprika chili powder Worcestershire sauce dijon mustard salted butter  olive oil

Mix

Make burger sauce & place in refrigerator. Add ground beef & seasonings to a large bowl & mix with hands.

Flatten

Grate the cold butter into the burger mixture & stir until combined. Separate meat into 4 balls & flatten to 1/4 inch thick.

Cook

Heat olive oil in cast iron pan. Add burgers & cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Flip & add cheese. Remove from pan & add to burger bun.

Serve

Top each patty with burger sauce, caramelized onions, a slice of tomato, and a few dill pickle rounds. Enjoy!
