Tuscan Chicken and Gnocchi

A savory chicken and gnocchi meal you will love!

Gnocchi is commonly thought of as a pasta, but it's actually a dumpling made from potato. 

WHAT IS GNOCCHI?

1. CHICKEN THIGHS

Start by searing boneless, skinless chicken thighs in olive oil for around 2 minutes per side. This will get them nice and crispy!

2. COOK VEGGIES

Next cook garlic, onion, kale, and sun dried tomatoes until the onions are translucent.

3. COMBINE & BAKE

Combine veggies, uncooked gnocchi, and chicken thighs in a cast iron skillet. Add chicken broth and heavy cream and bake at 375ºF for 15 minutes.

Top with Parmesan Cheese & Enjoy!
