Potatoes

First, poke your potatoes with a fork and smother them in olive oil, salt and pepper. Then, cook them in your slow cooker or bake in the oven.

Sauté

Next, the sauté onions, garlic and bacon.

Mixture

Then, remove the innards from the potatoes. Place the innards into a bowl with cheese, onion mixture, Greek yogurt, butter and bacon.

Bake

Mix together the innards mixture and place the mixture into the baked potato. Then, bake.

Garnish

Next, garnish your potatoes with sour cream, cheese, chives and chopped bacon. Serve with protein and veggies for a complete meal!
