Taco Salad


Why you'll love it

This taco salad is high protein and made with tons of taco fixings, including chips!

what you need:

Taco meat Tortilla chips Romaine lettuce Sweet corn Tomatoes Cheddar cheese

This recipe calls for browned taco meat. You can use beef or plant-based ground.

Make Dressing


First, combine cilantro, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, avocado oil, honey, cumin, and salt. Whisk to combine. Set aside.

Make Taco Meat

Brown ground beef. Then, add taco seasoning, tomato paste, and water. Mix to combine. Set aside.


Build Base

Build the base of your salad by  placing chips and romaine lettuce on the bottom of your bowl. Add onion and tomatoes.


Add Toppings

Add the cooked taco meat, corn, cheese, and sliced avocado to the top of your salad. Feel free to add any other toppings you like.


Drizzle Dressing

Dress the salad with the cilantro lime dressing. Toss to combine. Enjoy immediately!
