Vegan overnight oats are no cook oats made with rolled oats, almond milk, and chia seeds. There's no cooking involved!

what you need:

Rolled oats Chia seeds Almond milk Almond milk Maple syrup Vanilla extract Salt

Add

Place all of the ingredients for your vegan overnight oats in a bowl or jar. This can easily be doubled.

Mix & Chill

Place the lid on your jar and shake to combine everything. Then, chill for 2 hours or overnight. As it sits, the oats will soften.

Serve

Serve overnight oats cold with your favorite berries and nut butter. Enjoy this healthy breakfast!
