Workouts to do in 2016

Who else is ready to kick their butt into gear after the holidays? I KNOW I AM. Lotta cookies. Lotta wine. You only live once, right? And life is suppose to be all about balance. Ever heard the saying I live to eat? Yup that’s me. Why do you think I workout? SO I CAN EATTTTT all the food.

One thing I am super excited to continue doing on FFF this year is WORKOUTS! A little thing called “Lee’s crazy effing travel schedule” has forced me ot become a super creative workouter when I am on the road. I am lucky enough to have two amazing home studios (Pellicano Endurance Coaching and Alchemy) to kick my butt while I’m in Minneapolis. However- I can’t take my trainers with me on the road, but I can take inspiration from them. I’ve got a lot of fun FFF workouts brewing for 2016 and I can’t wait to share em!
