This healthy dill pickle dip doubles as a sauce and is a favorite in our house. Eat it with chips or serve it on top of a salmon filet.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix to combine.
  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
