  • 1/2 tablespoon Frank's Hot Sauce or more to taste

Beef Nachos

  • 8- oz. tortilla chips
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheddar blend
  • 1/4 medium red onion minced
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/3 cup sliced jalapenos fresh or canned
  • 1/2 cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • For garnish: fresh cilantro and lime wedges

Spicy Greek Yogurt Sauce

  • To make the spicy Greek yogurt sauce, mix together Greek yogurt and hot sauce.

Beef Nachos

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF and spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Spread tortilla chips onto the bottom of your baking sheet. Then, evenly spread out beef taco meat. Then, sprinkle on cheddar cheese.
  • Bake at 400ºF for around 5 minutes in order to melt the cheese.
  • Once the cheese has melted, top with fresh red onion, black olives, jalapenos, cherry tomatoes, guacamole, and spicy Greek yogurt sauce.
