  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.25 cup chocolate granola separated
  • 6-7 medium strawberries sliced
  • cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Mix until the cocoa powder is completely incorporated. Add 1 cup of chocolate granola and mix again.

  • Pour the Greek yogurt mixture over the parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly across the baking sheet until the Greek yogurt is about ¼-inch thick. Spread the sliced strawberries and the last ¼ cup of the granola over the top of the yogurt and gently press them into the yogurt.

Tips & Notes

  • We used 5% Greek yogurt, but you can use whatever plain yogurt you would like.
  • The mixture should be thick and creamy. If the cocoa powder is not mixing in, you can add more yogurt to add more moisture.
  • If your freezer isn’t large enough for a baking sheet, you can use two large plates lined with parchment paper instead.
  • Feel free to use other berries if you’d like.
