Blueberry Cobbler

Made with just 7 basic ingredients, this blueberry cobbler is so delicious served a la mode!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter ~1/2 stick
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup honey or agave
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¾ cup almond milk or any kind of milk
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries ~1.5 pints

Instructions

  • Spray an 8x11-inch baking dish with cooking spray and then add the stick of butter. Then, transfer it into the oven to melt while it’s preheating. Preheat the oven to 350℉.

  • Place the flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Whisk them together.
  • Add the milk and whisk to combine, then add the honey and whisk again. It should be the same consistency as a pancake batter.

  • Remove the baking dish from the oven and transfer the batter into it. Scatter the berries on top of the batter.

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center of the cobbler is mostly cooked.
  • Serve as is or with whipped cream or ice cream.
