Creamer Panna Cotta
This delicious panna cotta recipe is made with creamer, milk, and gelatin. The perfect dessert to serve all year long.

- 1.5 cups sweetened creamer we used caramel macchiato Starbucks creamer
- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin 2 1/2 teaspoons or .25oz., we used Knox brand
- 2 cups 2% or whole milk
- Optional: caramel drizzle
Spray small, 6 oz. ramekins with non-stick coconut oil spray. Set aside.
Place the creamer in a bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on top to absorb.
Bring the milk slowly to a boil and stir in the creamer gelatin mixture. Stir continuously until it begins to boil again.
Transfer the mixture to the ramekins and then let it cool for 5 minutes. Cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or until it is set.
Remove from the refrigerator and top with optional caramel drizzle.
- Any flavor of creamer will work for this recipe. The flavor of the creamer will determine the flavor of the pana cotta.
- You can make this recipe dairy-free by using almond milk or coconut milk in place of dairy milk. You can also use any dairy-free creamer.
- You can use larger ramekins, but you will have fewer panna cottas.
