Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped kale
  • drizzle or spray with olive oil cooking spray 1 tablespoon
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • First, de-stalk the kale and break into bite-sized pieces. Then, drizzle on about a tablespoon of olive oil and toss so that kale is equally coated on both sides. Olive oil cooking spray works too and is easier in my opinion!
  • Season with garlic powder and sea salt.
  • Bake at 350º for 6 minutes. Take out and flip. Bake for an additional 6 minutes or until crunchy.

Tips & Notes

Depending on your oven, you may need to flip again after the 12 minutes and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes. It also depends on how much moisture your kale holds.
