Ingredients
4cupschopped kale
drizzle or spray with olive oil cooking spray1 tablespoon
First, de-stalk the kale and break into bite-sized pieces. Then, drizzle on about a tablespoon of olive oil and toss so that kale is equally coated on both sides. Olive oil cooking spray works too and is easier in my opinion!
Season with garlic powder and sea salt.
Bake at 350º for 6 minutes. Take out and flip. Bake for an additional 6 minutes or until crunchy.
Tips & Notes
Depending on your oven, you may need to flip again after the 12 minutes and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes. It also depends on how much moisture your kale holds.
