Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 cups coconut milk unsweetened
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a large Tupperware and whisk until smooth.
  • Then, transfer the chia seed pudding into the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Stir the chia seed pudding after it has thickened and add more liquid as needed. Or, serve immediately with crushed peppermint and chocolate chips.
