Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup cartoned coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder any kind will work
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Option to add more coconut milk as desired.
