Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Overnight Oatmeal

These chocolate overnight oats with raspberry swirl are the perfect make-ahead breakfast. It's creamy, chocolatey, and sweet, all while still providing you with lots of good nutrients to give you energy for the day.

Ingredients

Dry

Wet

  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk or any kind of milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (minus the raspberries) into a glass storage container and mix to combine.
  • Cover and place into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Once your oats have thickened, remove from fridge. Then, use a fork to smash 1/2 cup or raspberries. Leave a few tablespoons out for the topping and add the rest to the overnight oats and mix.
  • Top with a swirl of Greek yogurt and smashed raspberries.
